Long delivery time

Made mistake on ordering a fridge door bottom shelf. My fault. Then I returned that and did get right one next time. They are in process on refund for my mistake. Pays not to guess just find out the correct number of the serial on the appliance.

Very quick delivery and product as described.

The replacement drawer was very badly packed in very flimsy cardboard box. The box was damaged when delivered.

Very efficient and professional, found and delivered the items I needed within a couple of days. I would definately go to them first for any of my requirements in the future.
