BuySend.com Tracking Order Status

Great company, spot on product range and service every time!

My 1st order was via Ebay, when it arrived there was a 10% discount code sent encouraging me to place my next order direct from their website. However when I tried, there was nowhere on their website to input this code so I emailed them asking for the discount as I had 4 items I was interested in which could have been sent together. They gave a very curt reply stating 'Unfortunately we are unable to offer any further discounts on our products or shipping services' . Customer Service at its worst. And I then see that the items I wanted are more expensive on their website than ebay anyway- more than 5% on the items I was looking at. My opinion, pay on Paypal thru ebay and just order items individually, one by one so they have to send them that way-damage limitation If I could get the items elsewhere in UK I would.

Can't fault them at all. Read some negative reviews so expected the worst which also then made me think that the positive reviews were fake!! This review is 100% genuine. Items came well packaged and arrived in two days. Will use again.

I bought a stainless steel milkpan a few months ago, and it arrived promptly, as described, and has been in daily use with no problem at all.

Would have given 5 stars, but I noticed that the item price has increased to £11.69. I paid £6.59. Seems like a massive increase! At the price I paid,it was a bargain. At the new price you may be able to do better.
