Of the two genuine AirPods I sent them (I bought them myself from the Apple Store), both were identified by their QC Team as "not Authentic/Are Fake". For one, the refund was revised to 0. For the other, from $14 to $5. Disappointing. My initial reaction. "This must be a scam"...but clearly others have had smoother experiences. Will give credit to their communication with updates at every small step. Just failed at this moment of truth.
