I found the website good, with the filters helping me to see only pewter tankards with glass bottoms, and detail around dimensions and weight clear. There were some questions I had, and these were responded to quickly, and the tankards themselves delivered just a day after I submitted the order. They look exactly how I’d imagined. So I’d recommend to anyone.

I ordered a one pint X-Range Wortley Brass Trim Pewter Tankard, with engraving, for my son's Graduation and a wooden presentation box. I was absolutely thrilled with the product when it arrived and the wooden box was well worth the extra money. Would highly recommend this company and its products.

I think the engraving is beautiful work, as to the tankards, I ordered from Europe knowing the class of pewter to be way above America's, However, all I got was a tin cup. Truly disappointed and to top it off, the sigals are barely holding on with the glue that was used. These were supposed to be grooms gifts, but it actually seems i just threw over $600 out the window. Delivery from when order was placed and arrival was incredibly fast on the plus side!

I ordered a plain pint-size pewter tankard with text engraving. The tankard arrived wrapped in polyethylene foam, contained in a small black cardboard box (I did not opt for the gift box option). Customer service was very responsive (even at 19:00). I would definitely use this service again, if in need.

I've been buying tankards for around 15 years from this company. their service is super, their work is great ... but now sadly I must go elsewhere. Their tankards feel so light and flimsy. They claim their supply has not changed but their weights are down 20% ... weight of their tankards (simple double lined solid base) newest tankard = 260g old tankard = 320g old glass bottom tankard = 380g their replies have been short and unsatisfactory, hence my decision Norman
