Busy B Tracking Order Status

I had an issue with a damaged order. Once I contacted the company directly they went above and beyond a new product ti rectify the issue very quickly. They sent this via Royal Mail and packaged it twice as securely. I felt like my concerns were thoroughly listened to and I received my new item in less than 24 hours. Nadia who contacted via email did a great job. So thank you to you and your team. Will be ordered more items in the coming months. Due to the quality of the products.

Great little company with excellent quality and quirky products, have been buying for many years and will continue, just wish they would expand their range so I could find more to buy! Haha I recently had a parcel go missing and the customer services team were on it quickly and resolved things fast so 5* for them too.

Having paid for delivery, the item was not suitable. I then paid for return. When I received my refund, the company had deducted another amount for return! Very poor customer service; in effect, I paid 3 times for postage.

I ordered some items and chose to pay extra for the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service. The items were not even dispatched until the 2nd/3rd working day and didn’t arrive until the 4th working day. After taking account of weekends and a bank holiday, the items took 7 days to arrive. BusyB have said they won’t refund postage because apparently this an acceptable timescale. Terrible customer service.
