Good products; deceptive design and business practice. I added something one time for one month and the language seem to indicate that. They added it forever. Then when I tried to cancel, I kid you not, I had to click a "cancel this subscription" button more than 4 times. They use what's called a "dark path" desing in UX (Sorry, I work in UX). It's intentionally desinged by colors and placement to make it look like you are doing what you want when you are actually doing what they want. It's unethical and unneccessary when you actualluy have a good product.

Good products, but very deceptive sales techniques, by design. If you do not search for the fine print to opt out of their notorious "subscriptions", you will automatically by charged later and shipped "refills" of most products they sell, when never asked for it. For that reason, I will not order from them again.

Customer service issues continue as this company refuses to address the issue of the paint peeling off the handle. 3 times in 3 years and they will not let me know that this doesn't cause a health issue from their Chinese made toothbrush. On the 4th time, I refused their replacement, going back to a trustworthy company, Sonicare. Update: Their Customer Service Mgr emailed me on 4/26 asking if she could call me the following day, I replied yes, of course and nothing happened. I think they don't want to admit that the peeling paint is a health hazard. I will now be contacting the US Gov to see if they can get answers out of this irresponsible company.

Just a great company to deal with! Polite, courteous and prompt! Can't say enough good about them ! Charging cord was missing as I received it as a gift from grandma but 1 email later it's on its way! Thanks Burst !
