burkes OUTLET Tracking Order Status

I absolutely love shopping here and the quality is great however I placed an order with a credit card instead of a beals/Burke's card and because of that the customer service representatives told me that they couldn't verify whether my order was placed and I would have to call capital one. Disappointed. They couldn't give me an order number or confirmation that an order was placed and we still haven't received a confirmation email although the card has been charged.

Do not buy online. I Ordered the wooden dessert dish it arrived broken and I was not refunded the shipping fee although I returned it to the store. Product did not look like it did online. It was very cheap looking. I do not recommend burkes outlet. I'll stick with ross or Burlingtons.

Everything you buy they add interest to it. If your late on a payment they charge you 41 dollars. I cancelled my card and will not give them any of my business again. EVER!

This is one of my favorite stores, they too have a lot to offer all customers. They offer senior discounts and items for men, women, children, home goods, makeup, jewelry and purses. Love love this store.
