1. The timeframe for talking to current tenants was too short as the 48 hr time limits, especially during the working week. 2. The salesmen who were calling about the property were pushy, repeatedly calling me multiple times a day, and made the who experience feel rushed. Especially during the working day. 3. No tour was offered

David Arcel made my experience great, very patient, answered all my questions, professionally walked me through process all way to end, lease signing, amount due deposited and details for next steps. The negative is that like me, many new renters will be excited to be able to share pics, 3D walkthroughs, the 3D floor plan, which the website has excellent content. Unfortunately, since they take down the ad on their website, all that goes away. It would be great if they could update their resident portal to include this content.
