BULK SUPPLEMENTS.com Tracking Order Status

I ordered a large amount of supplements. They made a mistake, and sent me one completely incorrect supplement. I requested they send out the one I ordered, and they refused, and instead refunded me. Which might not seem so bad but I'm in another country and the shipping minimum to get free shipping for my country is extremely high. I purposely put together a very large (eye wateringly large really) order in order to meet this minimum. I don't see why I should have to re-order this supplement and pay the shipping fee, when it was not my mistake. In an effort to reach a compromise I asked them to at least provide me with a free shipping code so that I can order the replacement supplement. They told me they 'can't' do that. I mean, let's be honest, they can, they just don't want to. I was planning on becoming a regular customer and spending hundreds of dollars a year (I have some complex health issues), but after their treatment, and now seeing so many bad reviews here, I'm going to avoid them unless I absolutely have no choice.

I’m surprised to see such negative reviews on bulksupplements.com This is my go-to company for health & fitness supplements. I will continue use them whenever I need to restock. Currently I’m using 4 of their products daily, all of them work as promised. One of my orders got canceled by the shipment company and they sent the package back to bulksupplements but I got full refund by bulksupplements (wasn’t their fault) next order I just changed the shipment company and I got the products. Also I’m from Finland so yes they ship to Europe

I was very nervous ordering from B.S. after reading all these negative reviews. But they shipped to the far side of the planet and it only took a week and everything's arrived now. I ordered six different products and I am happy with the state of all of it. Please to give them a shot. I will likely buy from them again and order even more when I need to restock.

Ordered from Canada and the shipment came sooner than expected and it was accurate. I've had a great experience with their products so far. They're highly rated on Labdoor.

I have been using Bulk Supplements on and off over the past 15 years and as of recent a solid year. I have subscribed to a couple of sugar lowering/stabilizing supplements for my husband and I to use. He’s a type 2 Diabetic and I’m borderline. His A1C dropped to normal levels and has come off some of his diabetic meds as per his endocrinologist. We mix them with our daily greens (different brand) and never experience clumping. I also order pills for Raynaud Syndrome and heart, brain and joint support. I’ve never experienced any issues that I’ve read in some of the other reviews.
