I had no problems with my order. It arrived with exactly the materials that the brand assured on the website and it arrived very quickly. Payment was also easy and secure. They look like good quality materials and will certainly last for long periods of time.

I ordered a patch for a rucksack as a present and ordered it on next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day and despite my clear issue communicated with customer service they keep ignoring the problem by saying 'it's out for delivery' and 'good news it's been delivered' (not next day). No one has actually acknowledged the fact i've paid for next day delivery and did not deliver my parcel next day. This was also letterbox size yet got posted through my neighbours letterbox instead. The responses about the delivery are totally infuriating as you just get ignored about the actual problem! Wont shop here again as it's not worth the stress. I have seen other people have the same frustrations with customer service. No point paying for a service that isn't next day and friend did not get their gift on time.
