BuildASign Tracking Order Status

I first purchased three magnetic 12x24 signs for a vehicle perfect size for side of truck and on tailgate, to advertise for our business. They came ahead of time and just make sure you choose the size first.. so when you start to design, it's on the correct size as you will be ordering... I believe I was designing on a 12x12 square design then changed measurement and it still came out okay but I could of made all letters larger if I had the size there while designing. (Unless that's just how they do it?) I used computer and was in as a guest, so my design didn't save... I ended up going back on site to design tshirts. Haven't received yet, but hopefully the quality of them will be good. Only CON- the site is awkward to me...glitchy- while using on my cell phone. While designing the shirts, you just need to constantly press the save button, which saves and sends to your email instead of your account.. Bc if you accidentally swipe backwards, you will lose your design and have to start over... This happened to me TWICE, I should of just gotten up to use my computer. After that, once was ready to check out, it automatically had 12 medium shirts selected. And it took me like 10 attempts to click and erase that- So I could select my desired sizes. And with that, it took like 10 attempts to type in for, size L, 2XL, 3XL... FINALLY I GOT TO COMPLETION AND PAID. 5am-9am. I assume now that I have purchased, it will be in my account and hopefully design will be saved so I can use on other products. Do yourself a favor, use computer friendly screen, not phone/Android. This will probably be my go too for our business needs, and possibly birthday banners/poster etc.

Oh nothing feels better than getting what you ordered and in a timely fashion. Yes, my product looks amazing... Thank you for such an amazing experience. I have used your service 3 times and every time, you're freaking awesome.

I ordered an 18x30" window decal to cover my kitchen window. The price was extremely competitive. I received the order very quickly, and the decal looks just fine. I already knew ahead of time that the photo I was providing wasn't high enough resolution to print at that large of a size in high fidelity, but for my use, some pixeation was okay -- so that's on me. Despite that, it looks totally fine on my window! There are so many bad reviews on here, I was a bit nervous to order from them, but having worked in graphic design before, I suspected a lot of issues are related to user error. I believe that's the case. I would definitely order a decal from them again!

Inaccurate shipping estimates, this is not a good partner when your project is time sensitive. I'm unlikely to order again.

We ordered large-sized vinyl stickers (12"x12") for a custom project and had a wonderful experience. The website was easy to use to customize and upload photos and art. Everything came out perfectly and was shipped on time. We were alerted when the resolution one of our uploaded images was too low to be printed well and we had the chance to fix it. Love that there was no minimum order numbers to contend with. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
