Surprised by other reviews, it's fun, but ours just seems to send a fine spray of salt out which doesn't bother the flies in the slightest. Edited to add - I messaged to ask for a refund, was sent a form to fill in and in less than an hour I received a refund notification. So, very impressed with the customer service!

Excellent product, amazing customer service, and now just got a lot better with the laser, hours of fun, they really do work, strange when you find yourself waiting for flies to come in ;-) Not sure about all these bad reviews I have had excellent service and excellent support.

Ich hab die 3.0 und verwende mittleres Meersalz, ein Kumpel hat mir aufs nackte Bein geschissen und was soll ich sagen … war schon heftig! Ich bin zu 100% begeistert !

I knew this gun killed bugs but I didn’t know it would completely delete them and send them to the shadow realm! This is the best birthday present ever from my boyfriend. I no longer have to shout him constantly to kill spiders and moths because I’m scared; I’m actually excited to grab my rifle and make them go night night. P.s. don’t be curious like me and try it on yourself, it hurts..
