I have to say the service and…

I have to say the service and professionalism of the BT engineers has been on another level I've had issues with the connection and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was back up and running and even returning the next day at 7am to finish the work. They where always very professional very polite explained all the work they carried out and really despite the challenges went above and beyond to help me out. A lot of the times we are quick to write bad reviews and never good ones when things go well so this time I decided that those guys deserve their praise. Well done gents

Just wanted to say thank you to Fiona…

Just wanted to say thank you to Fiona who helped speed up the set up of our broadband. She was so helpful and understanding - we moved places and was supposed to have our broadband transferred a week later but she got it done earlier. She said she was going to text to update if this was doable prior to it being done and she did do it. Thank you so much Fiona!

Terrible customer service.

Terrible BT customer service. Rang them to cancel TV sport package to reduce my monthly bill. Waited 20 minutes in a queue listening to loud music. The agent spent 15 minutes trying to increase my broadband bill using scare mongering tactics. Now I know why the waits are so long. If they just did what the customer asked the calls would be short and sweet.

Great customer service

As a freelance computer technician I often help customers get support from their Internet provider. My most recent three interactions with BT's call centre, now based in the UK, have been excellent: straight to the point, conversations that really flowed, and no faffing about with irrelevant troubleshooting. Great customer service.

Good Wi-Fi router, abysmal customer service

Their WiFi router is good, and the internet connection was reliable. I cancelled my contract because BT couldn’t offer me fibre, and that’s where all the troubles began. The day I called to end my contract, BT decided they would take £60 out of my account. Fair enough, I thought, as that would be their final payment. After that, thankfully I cancelled the direct debit. BT are now emailing me very threatening emails about how I’m not paying my bill. The £60 they took out, it seems, was just an arbitrary charge because I didn’t want to be with them anymore. This was the 2nd contract I’d taken out with BT in the last decade, and the 2nd time they’ve acted like the internet mafia whenever I try to leave. Whenever I speak to their customer service agents, they sound miserable and apathetic like they just don’t want to be there and don’t want to help. I will never give them my money again.
