BSN SPORTS Tracking Order Status

Truly terrible company. I needed to correct an order, while our team shop was still open, and they refused to help me. There is no way they were printing/processing anything yet so they refused for the sake of refusing. Told me they are short staff and back logged as if that is MY problem. As I've done some more research, it appears this is a common problem. I can't believe they are still in business. Shame on you guys! UPDATE: I received a call back from a supervisor who acknowledged that I attempted to make contact while our team store was still open. She was adamant that they were unable to simply correct my order, which is truly frustrating, but she did provide a refund which was better than nothing. Updating to 2 stars for the follow up/refund.

We ordered two shirts to help support the school's volleyball team. First of all the quality of the shirts is incredibly poor - tissue paper thin. We will not buy anything from here again. It also seems like men's sizes run large and women's run small. Very strange.

SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW. Dont order winter sports items b/c it will be late spring before it arrives. Disappointed and hope our team does not use them next year.

Recently ordered a shirt that came with the ink/vinyl wrinkled as if the heat was applied to long. I emailed customer service and they agreed to refund me 30% of the cost of the shirt. My family basically “donated” 40 dollars to their business as we now have a 100% defective hoodie that will not be worn and only a 30% refund. I would not order from this company again.
