Unfulfilled order - TWICE

So, I ordered a sweater on 2 December. On 5th I get an email to say it's out of stock. However when I ring them on 5th to complain, miraculously the sweater is in stock so I order again. I had an email confirmation but it is now 13th December and the garment has not arrived at the London shop I arranged to collect it from. I have tried repeatedly to call them with no success and their mail box is full and won't take messages. What is going on? And why can't their website know when something is out of stock to avoid disappointment?

No order dispatch

Ordered an item with express delivery (2 day shipping, cost €15) on Friday evening. Tuesday lunchtime now and it hasn't dispatched, and no updates received via email. They should just ship via Amazon already - if you want can't handle logistics then contract a company who can.
