Locked out of my account, can't cancel my monthly subscription. Customer service doesn't respond. Will have to talk to my bank about blocking the payment. Seems like fraud indeed.

I have cancelled my subscription various times and they continue to take out payments even after confirming cancellation. Customer support either very slow to respond or do not respond at all.

The website was great, until I was locked out of my account. I have been contacting support for over three months with no reply. I paid for a year subscription and now I can't even cancel the subscription. I will be talking to my credit card company to try and come up with a solution.
