Brilliant Earth Tracking Order Status

Absolutely amazing in every way! I purchased a pair of earrings from them this month, they arrived within two days (from the US to Australia) and they were absolutely stunning! Well packaged for safety and fast delivery plus really good quality. Unfortunately they didn’t suit me so I did have to return them but from start to finish it was super easy - the customer service was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve got no issues with this company and will definitely be keeping an eye on their products to buy from them again 😊 There is nothing negative I can say about them from my own experience. I’m not sure if maybe it’s the rings that have issues given all the low rated reviews but, for me, I had a great experience buying from Brilliant Earth.

I can't believe there are any low ratings for this brand. Brilliant Earth has me and my fiance over the moon happy both with product quality, craftsmanship and with their AMAZING customer service. I have no words to thank them for the level of service I have received here!

Not worth money and time. Well, the service is not so brilliant as the name. We ordered rings for the wedding long before the date - that's the reason we didn't experienced critical problems. But again the service and delivery are awful. Think twice!

Got a beautiful engagement ring and the main stone has just come loose for the second time in the setting. We paid once to have the setting sorted because - of course - they consider this to be damage caused by me wearing it, so it isn’t part of the lifetime warranty. It’s so disappointing because I love the ring and it was the perfect thing my now husband picked out for me, but I keep having to either not wear it until it can be sent to the states for repair, or not having it available to wear because it’s being fixed.
