I needed to exchange the bikini I purchased and the process was super simple and easy. Ari responded quickly and handled the situation with no questions asked and was super friendly and helpful. The customer service is excellent and I will definitely be purchasing from them again :)

The customer service rep was very helpful. I wish that the company did provide shipping labels when approving a return or exchange because it costs over $100 to ship to Sweden, which defeats the point of having a “free” exchange or return. Besides that CS was incredibly helpful with my requests.

The lady who helped me, Adele, was so sweet and got back to me really fast after that initial email. She fixed all I needed fixed really fast and my package has already shipped out again. Love their service and products I think this is my 6th bright bikini. Thanks bright and all its employees.
