Prices are very competitive and I appreciate the specials when they come around. Easy to navigate the site and shipping is sent out quickly (although it can take time to receive) and shipping cost is very reasonable.

Allegro compression socks from BrightLife Direct are excellent products - size is correct per sizing chart. Will last for long period of time if you follow care instructions. Provides great support and remains in place so that they don't slip down your legs. Customer service reps are very helpful.

I am very happy with the products I purchased. My only complaint would be that when I received my order, even though the box said the correct item was inside, it was the wrong item. The process to return it and get the right item was easy and fast. Their customer service dept was very helpful.

I buy the Juzo soft armsleeve usually and it offers very strong support for my medium level lymphgedema. Prices are right for these and with gentle washing and air drying, I can get 6 months and more of wear. Customer service is very professional and more of a traditional style. Tihey take an interest in providing good products and good service and having loyal customers. Would like to see some other colors in Juzo soft sleeves than pale pink, white and navy.
