Brewers Tracking Order Status

Aylesbury Store couldn’t have been more helpful. What let down Brewers was their on-line system- they allowed me to make an order on a product the didn’t have in their main depot nor could get from their main supplier, take my money, waste my time on going to the store twice & not sending a text message or SMS

Have used brewers for years and will keep on using them, top quality company who have never let me down. Online delivery service is excellent always arrives on time

While the prices with some discount codes are unbeatable, the order progress lacks updates, process tracking and delivery ETAs to the extent that Farrow & Ball pain awaiting delivery from F&B is delayed by over a week. Unfortunately, there are no updates provided until chased with customer service, since the account does not provide any details on the order state and ETA.
