Brandless Tracking Order Status

I used to love shopping from Brandless back in 2017, 2018, and early 2019. especially when they used to carry more food/grocery items, and when it used to start out as little as $3 an item, and when you're on a budget. but now? not so much. it isn't the same anymore. you can't get any grocery items, everything costs more than it's worth. it just doesn't feel right to be honest. I don't think I'll be shopping from brandless again.

I have ordered numerous items from this company. Mostly kitchen or bath gifts, and their snack and cleaning products are really good quality too! I feel better about the products I'm buying from them and recommend them to everyone I can.

***Update - their head of customer service contacted me directly and is honoring what I intended to order, but they still need to be a lot more specific in their offerings in the future! Updating rating as a result.*** I received a few emails from them recently about re-launching after making a couple purchases a few years back. They offered a special discount to try the new site and linked direclty to bundles they were now offering within the email. At first the discount code didn't work at all... A few days later I tried again choosing a product bundle to try a lot of their new products and it worked, taking about 30% off. However, I had internet issues and couldn't complete the purchase. I just went back and attempted to buy the same bundle and a few other things - discount code no longer works on the bundle. Mind you, this worked before, there are NO terms and conditions listed in the email received or on the website for the promo code AND their email links direclty to the bundle claiming that the discount goes to infinity! I emailed support, and I did receive a response within an hour which is impressive. However, they have now changed their tune and said that the discount can't be used. They still do not have any verbiage indicating excluded products. I emailed back indicating again that this code did work and I was unable to purchase. I asked them to consider allowing since again, there's still no verbiage so they're making up rules as we go along. Received another response saying no, and that they would forward my feedback to marketing. I responded and asked for a manager to contact me directly. That is where things stand right now. So buyer beware on this site. It's not the same brandless, and they certainly aren't making any friends thus far.

WOW had no idea that Brandless has closed was wondering why I haven't received any emails in quite some time. So I googled it in just now and I was very shocked because I was going to order some things. I've ordered before several times and enjoyed the healthier foods and snacks. And few other things but now their gone!! Wish they would've notified everyone about the closing thank goodness for Google. Wish I could find another store online like Brandless that sells healthy foods etc and other products for reasonable prices

I have had my kitchen utensil set for 3 months now and the spatula no longer stays on the handle... 😑 it’s the only one from the set that has broke but I am worried the rest will do the same. I hand wash all pieces so I’m not sure what happened....
