Brakeburn Tracking Order Status

I have just received my first order from Brakeburn and am extremely pleased with the two dresses that I ordered. Firstly, as it was my first order I received a discount , which is always nice to have. Secondly, the quality, style, and true to size dresses are lovely. I am a size 12, and 5’3” in height and sometimes the length can be a problem. Not in this case, it is just right. Lastly, I received my order in 4 working days which is brilliant. The only slight negative point to mention is that there is a strong manufacturing smell to the dresses. I have hung them in the open air and don’t think this will be a problem.

Really really lovely customer service. They dealt with my query quickly and in a lovely way. Recommend the company - the clothes are lovely quality and I also now know the customer service is excellent too.

I had a problem with a bag I had had for around six months. I sent some photos of the problem and was immediately offered a replacement product. The order was put through without asking any further questions and the correspondence was friendly and polite. Cannot fault them.

I can't thank Lucy (Customer Service Team) for the outstanding service and help this morning in resolving an issue for me. All sorted within 30 minutes of my initial call. She was professional, understanding, friendly and helpful. What more do you need when you need a problem resolved quickly. Added to this, Brakeburn clothes are so well made and the staff in the Poole shop are delightful, not pushy but always upbeat and happy to give advice if required.

Fabulous customer service from Lucy earlier today. Sorted my issue out no problem at all. Really happy with the service I received. Can't wait to try out my new change robe.
