The Bradford Exchange UK Tracking Order Status

Bought a Wallace and Gromit clock for £250 and never received the item, I contacted Bradford exchange and they said a refund was processed 22/04/24 and will reach my account between 3-5 working days and I still haven't received my refund. Started to think this company is a scam

Tempted by full page advert for 1:18 scale Aston Martin DB5 60th anniversary edition at £149. Checked other sites and found same model on Amazon for £43. Same manufacturer (Solido) and identical model description for £100 less.

Although I do love 🥰 the item, the experience was let down by there being no presentation box, or ability to stop the music playing. Purchased, Heartfelt Wishes for my Daughter. Paid £89.87 + pp so expected more than brown cardboard and polystyrene to present the gift to her 😐
