Box Menswear Tracking Order Status

i love all the items i received from BOX… the fit is great, the look is perfect and when others see you wearing it it’s great status symbol for sure!

Two issues here: 1) Sizing is a total mess! Despite using the sizing guide and recognising that I have big quads and calves the XL jogging bottoms fit is so tight it’s like a second skin. It’s so uncomfortable that I will seldom wear them. 2) The size of another item ordered was incorrect. 3) Because of the ridiculous and draconian returns policy it’s just easier to not send them back for exchange or refund, as I probably won’t get either. So, all in all, not a great experience and won’t be ordering again.
