Boxbollen Tracking Order Status

I placed my order at the am of November and quickly got a notice that my order was received and would ship within that week. It is now February and I have yet to receive my order. I made many attempts to get the issue resolved but never got a suitable response for resolution. This company is either a fake or just a plain failure and no good.

First of all the delivery took twice as long as indicated. That being said, I'm very happy with the product. It's fun, makes you sweat and the competitive angle adds to the enjoyment. The app might use some work, as sometimes it does not recognise sounds and needs restarting. Would recommend

A great gift for fun and fitness. Customer Service from Boxbollen was great. When my first delivery got stolen from my porch they sent a replacement free of charge and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

I ordered two BoxBollens from their website. While I received them promptly before Christmas, one of them did not have the app license in the box. I have contacted them three times and still have not had a reply. What do I need to do in order to get a timely response from the company?
