I love this product. Did exactly what it said it would I’ve recommended it to friends and family. Speedy delivery and I the returns packaging for recycling is so easy.

The toilet cleaner is very good, it doesn’t smell of anything other than freshness. Not over powering at all, I am sensitive to powerful odours so often found in cleaning products and laundry liquids. It also works.

It doesn’t get basic stains out and cost per wash is extortionate when compared with another new eco brand I’ve recently tried. I like the concept but the plastic bottles to decant into are pointless and the metal caps soon deteriorated. Having to wait until you’ve gone through 4 pouches before you send pack in the envelope makes me question the integrity of it being eco friendly. The smell of the lavender detergent is good though.
