Boutique Rugs Tracking Order Status

On 5/21/24 I placed an order on Boutique Rugs website for an oversized living room rug. The next day I received an email telling me it had shipped and included tracking information. Problem #1: The tracking info they send out is incorrect. The link to a delivery company (Pilot) results in "no such shipment found" even after a week or more. I finally called Pilot, they referred me to delivers.maersk.com, for correct tracking info. Problem #2: Rug was delivered May 29, without notice. Luckily, I was home, and the driver pointed out obvious damage to the rug. I refused delivery and called Boutique Rugs immediately. Very happy when I quickly received confirmation that they would ship a replacement immediately. Problem #3: It is now June 11 and I still have no rug. No one can tell me where it is, or when it will be picked up, or when to expect it. Repeated emails and phone calls result in empty promises. Customer service is very nice, but they're off-shore and can't do anything except send messages. At this point, I'm about ready to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Great quality and great design

I have been seeing Boutique Rugs & following for a couple years now. So when it came time that I needed a new rug for our bedroom, I knew where to go. From the time I placed the order to the follow up, the tracking & on time delivery everything was perfect and went seamlessly. I love my new 8 x 10 Georgiana area rug & it looks fabulous in our master bedroom. I am already looking when it is time to replace our family room rug & even looking for others area of our home to add a rug!

Always receive the best rugs and exactly how pictured. Great quality. Easy to purchase and get to use coupons etc.

Great rug for a really large room! The shipping took a little while since it had to be shipped freight due to the size, but the price and look was worth it!
