Boutine LA Tracking Order Status

DO NOT BUY!! Unfortunately my teenage daughter ordered from this site. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE as she returned by the deadline & included required documentation. She used her debit card since she was paying with her chore money. BIG mistake! This company is a total SCAM & does not refund your money. She & I have sent numerous emails to inquire & they don’t even respond. Time to report this company!!! Update: my daughter finally received an email acknowledging her return & refund. I’ll update rating once those funds are actually received in her bank account & not just promised. This has been a learning lesson for my 15 year old. I do hope they follow through as she worked hard to earn & save money to make this purchase on her own.

I odered 3 bikinis (3 tops and 3 bottoms) on March 16th and received them (in Germany) on March 29th without any problems. Good quality and they fit well.

Ooof, this was a doozy to go through. So, let me start with the fact I’ve ordered from them a handful of times with no issue before. However, this time was different. March 7th, I had placed an order for two pairs of swimsuits, and got delivered within a timely manner. Once I had received the order, I decided to return one of the swimsuits merely because the one piece pair was enough. I confirmed my return via email, confirmed they had received my return, and that I would wait the 72 hours to have my total refunded. Followed up with them a week later, they apologized and said that I would expect my refund within 48 hours. Again, followed up with them two weeks later, and the same thing, wait 48 hours. I waited for another month, and then decided to dispute the charge through my bank. I had provided all the necessary documentation for the bank, all the emails exchanged, and the company had informed my bank that they had never received my return (which again, I had forwarded all the exchanged emails that stated they received my return and confirmed the pair). My bank then decided to disregard the chargeback and took the money back out, and said that ‘it was all in the company’s hands’. Then BoutineLA had sent an email that said the decision can take up to 75 days regarding my refund. I got my refund August 30th, over 5 months since I had submitted the return. (I’ve ordered from this company since 2017, and no complications from before.) So that being said…buyer beware.

I know there are a ton of bad reviews about this site but honestly I love their kinis. I feel like they’re pretty awesome quality at a very good price. I also had a package stolen once and they responded within a day with a store credit so I was able to reorder them. the only things that I would keep in mind is using their size charts is essential (like the measurements are v accurate. you can’t just pick your normal size. and the sizing is also different for each style). also their colors can look a bit different on the site than real life so I usually look for the ones I want on their instagram first to see the colors! but definitely would recommend!!

Bathing suits are super duper cute but a little over priced for the quality. If you live outside of the US the shipping is a nightmare but they have good customer service so at least you’ll be in the loop. I would buy again just because of how cute the bikinis are but only if they’re on sale.
