Bouqs Always Delivers a Smile It only took one order to become a huge fan of Bouqs. So much so I am a subscriber, meaning I send at least one bouquet a month to friends, family, colleagues, clients, etc. and am never concerned about quality, promptness or care. Bouqs customer service is also exceptional if anything comes up during the order fulfillment. Highly recommend using them as a floral vendor.

I'm not aware of any problems with quality or delivery-date issues, but their subscription plan leaves something to be desired: one reminder email of an upcoming delivery and four days to edit or cancel that delivery. That reminder could be easily missed; I cancelled the subscription plan, even though it does offer some perks, and would like to order on my own schedule in the future.

The quality of the flowers exceeded expectations, my has loved them each time.
