Bottle Breacher Tracking Order Status

Love the product but customer service is horrible. I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received it. This is the second order I've made. That package was delayed by about a month. On the last order I had to remind them of the order number because they couldn't find it. I thought maybe that was just a fluke, but the same thing is happening this order. Sometimes they get back to you, but it's inconsistent. They said they'll send me a shirt to make up for the delay. My guess is they need to hire more people but are concerned about the extra expense. Not sure if I'll order from them again. If this is veteran owned, the owner must be Private Gomer Pyle.

Had a few hiccups in the beginning of the order, but the companies customer service bent over backwards to ensure the problem was rectified. Multiple employees to include the new owner made direct contact with me to guarantee everything was corrected. Highly recommend this company, they have a great drive and determination! Can’t wait to receive the amazing products!!!
