UPDATE: Just as I submitted this review, I find that Bother.com is closing. Oooops!!! :) Great prices for items in my basket, and additionally I benefited from a £15 Voucher from trolley.co.uk Very efficient delivery, receiving my order the very next day and extremely well packaged. Good selection of categories, however not many lines and a lot of out of stocks. I would struggle to fill a basket for a frequent order. I dont really get the concept behind Bother.com, as to how it is different and why I should shop with them. Their marketing is far too vague. Maybe all will be revealed soon....?

Pleased with the ease of ordering ,cost and delivery. How ever I would have given 5 stars if the laundry sanitiser hadn't leaked . Did send a photograph of this but you wanted photograph of packaging which was broken down in recycling .I

Well packaged in one large box however, a slightly crushed Ryvita and a dented tin of coffee which I am just pointing out for future packing. I shall keep an eye on the prices and order as and when I see goods that are good value.

On my first order, some items were damaged. However, very impressed with customer service who gave a prompt refund for items that we couldn't use and a partial refund for damaged items that we could use. Would buy from again based on this experience
