Great headphones really helped with the construction site next door

While the products themselves are superior, it doesn’t make up for the fact that Bose has lousy customer service. I foolishly ordered a charger from their web site, instead of Amazon, that Bose suggested for my headset. When it arrived, it wasn’t what I needed. After attempting to return it for one week, I mailed it back myself for $16. The original cost of $22.00 was added to my account by Bose but minus my cost to mail it back, I’m the loser. Disappointed in Bose service.

I’ve had the best ever experience with the Bose customer service recently. The staff were very polite, professional and took their time and effort to resolve a non-standard situation. I am very happy with the outcome and the way my issue was dealt with. I always loved Bose products, due to their quality, and never regretted any of the purchase. Definitely recommend!!

Die Produkte sind wirklich toll. Toller Klang und langwierig. Ich habe sowohl Bluetooth In-Ear Kopfhörer, als auch Over-Ear-Kopfhörer mit Noise Cancelling mit Kabel und eine Sound Bar. Alle drei Produkte sind super. Für die Over-Ear-Kopfhörer gibt es heute noch viele Möglichkeiten zur Auffrischung. Man kann neue Reisetuis, Kabel und Ohrpolster! bei Bose bestellen. So halten die Geräte für viele Jahre. Meine In-Ears haben Akku Probleme. Diese sind von 2017 und haben somit keine Garantie mehr. Bose bietet online leider keine Reparatur mehr an, aber die Möglichkeit die Kopfhörer gegen ähnliche, neue mit sattem Rabatt einzutauschen. Wirklich ein toller Service!
