I bought a pair of headphones from Bose end of 2020 through Amazon via my company account for my dad who worked for me but also for the noise cancellation features (quiet comfort) they worked well for him when he was admitted to hospital which was noisy. He passed away the same year. I kept the headphones. The headphones broke about 2 years later and I spent hours trying to troubleshoot it via their WhatsApp and then eventually tried to order replacement via the option the whatsapp gave me.. but their website didn't work and they asked me to contact them via their online chat. I was leaving in a couple weeks time, but I thought probably 2 and a bit weeks was enough time for a replacement set to arrive. Wrong. The items never arrived - they made me send back the broken headphones .. when I tried to change the address they messed it up and created a fictional address. I tried for 2 weeks to change it to the correct address spoke to over 6 different agents on the phone and online.. After 2 weeks of trying the headphones finally sent to the wrong address today that does not exist. Yesterday I asked for a refund anyway because I knew despite being told it was going to the right place.. it was going to the wrong place. Their customer services department are completely useless and refused to even give me a refund after 40 minutes on the phone asking for one.. it took hours of my life I wish I had not spent dealing with it.. and I even got a phone call 2 weeks after I gave up and ordered new replacements (Bang and Olufsen now) from Amazon... it was UPS saying the shipper asked them to call me and make sure I still didn't want the headphones :') Updating this because eventually I got through to the customer services manager who after some doubt and checks on his side- did thankfully refund me. But I can't unsee the complete f-ery. I ended up with no headphones for a month.. they're pretty important for my work and it caused all manner of issues to be lied to about it being sorted. I cannot recommend you buy these headphones.. mine broke after so little time and many have in the past but the sound quality IS good but you can get similar quality and with better customer service elsewhere and certainly do not order anything from the bose UK website because frankly they are totally understaffed and the vast majority of the staff cannot organise a p up in a brewery.

Excellent sound from my Bose speaker Crisp and clear and definitely plenty of volume

I have had my Soundlink Mini II for approx. 9 years. It goes literally everywhere with me and I use it daily. I was gutted when it died. Thought I’d have to get a new one but this one feels like family so I sent it in for repair. I couldn’t cope after a week so contacted customer services to check in on the little blighter - they were both super helpful and reassuring. After an agonising 3 weeks it’s back and as good as new. They’ve even replaced the tired old key pad. I didn’t realise how much I irrationally love this thing… Thanks Bose, for one of the best things I’ve ever bought.

I bought Bose headphones for the first time from a retailer's shop. Somethings didn't seem quite right, so I contacted Bose corporations for support. It wasn't an easy process for me as I didn't buy directly from Bose online store but got there in the end. The company is very responsive and make customers satisfaction their priority. They did not only repair my headphones but replaced them with a brand new one within the same range! I want to specially thank Rishabh at customer support department, he was so patient and polite, made great effort to restore my lost faith in Bose products. I finally realised my concern about the ear cups are nothing to worry about. I suppose they're probably made that way for specific reasons. I definitely recommend Bose Noise Cancellation and QC, as they are one of the best you can get out there in terms of quality and comfort. Truly the Bose!

What an amazing customer service experience! I had Bose products for more than 20 years, for the first time a product required repair. The customer service was exceptional: from helping me find the serial number with a picture from my phone to sorting out a replacement via WhatsApp. I never knew how good their aftersales was (because their products sound amazing and last forever!), but wow! This was stress free, simple and human. Well done Bose.
