The handbag I ordered was on sale for $59.40. When I received my order today my invoice shows I was charged full price of $99.00. I called the customer service phone number listed on my invoice and was told they did not recognize the store Boscov's and hung up on me. I sent an email to boscovs and have not received a response. I did finally receive a response and was given a credit!

Caroline and Dorethea in the bath/domestics department at the Granite Run, PA store went above and beyond assisting, me the customer. I was in the store to purchase additional sets of curtains. There was no one to assist me in curtain department to procure additional product, not available in the Granite Run Store. Caroline called many other Boscov locations for Ship to Home the additional product. Some locations didn't answer in the curtain department, 1 looked and said they didn't have the particular curtain, 1 location said they were short staffed and apologized for not being able to assist. Caroline was pleasant, knowledgeable, and continued calling stores for the particular product, never giving up. It was wonderful to have such great customer service from Boscovs.

I ordered a Recliner from Boscov's March 5. It was delivered on March 15th as scheduled. The delivery guys Were very nice. They even took out my old one. thank you very much

I always shop clinique counter. I specifically ask for a product that I use. I was handed off to another employee who sold me the wrong product. When I went in a month or so ago they didn't have any of the products that I use so thet I could receive free gift. ( I was willing to even change my request, but was told "we don't have that or that",, I walked away with no purchase. Today I specifically ask for 2 products They sent me home with wrong product. I miss Carol.. Now i again have to return a product thdt i did not ask for..& i didnt have the money for. The problem is in the Clinique & other cosmetic counters. Please train these woman or hire people who actually live the products & who care about customer service. Thank you Mary Ann

Poor place ever the sale person they don’t know what are doing I was rip off my card , will never go back
