Bosch Tools Tracking Order Status

Bosch lawnmower 37 edged handles give thumbs blisters underneath. My old Bosch had round handles to grip to keep the motor running which were comfortable, this one has 'oblong' edged handles with hard edges where thumbs grip, so painful every time I use it. This is not ergonomic or user friendly.

Purchased 3 devices during a promotion where you would get a free battery. Devices were registered on the Bosch promotional website on the day of purchase. After 3 months I still had not received any batteries and I contacted Bosch "customer service". After sending confirmations 4x in different file formats (because they claimed they couldn't open the attachments...) and being kept busy for more than 15 emails by their so-called "customer service", Bosch still refused to deliver the batteries. Be warned!
