Bosch Tracking Order Status

The friendly and helpful service engineer turned up as planned and got my m/wave up and running.

The Bosch dishwasher has worked well but the service plan does not. I do not recommend buying it. It was fine in 2018, but things have changed. I requested service Feb. 9, 2022 and we have yet to have a resolution as of March 16 2022. I've made 12 phone calls between the Service plan people and the repair company.

Omdat ik een technieker nodig had voor mijn vaatwasser en ik het identificatieplaatje niet meer kon vinden, kon ik online geen afspraak maken. dus belde ik. Ik kreeg meteen een supervriendelijke dame aan de lijn. Het gesprek liep vlot, professioneel en met humor. Er werd een afspraak vastgelegd. Deze werd onmiddellijk bevestigd via e-mail. Waarin nog eens werd gevraagd of ik de extra info toch niet kon terugvinden. Ook in deze communicatie had ik nooit het gevoel een nummer te zijn. Geen standaard tekstjes, maar een bericht van echte personen. Ik heb uiteindelijke de bijkomende info alsnog teruggevonden. Ik vond het een verademing in deze digitale wereld.

Not sure if I should leave my review here, because of the many different Bosch review pages. Have to say this was a seamless experience. A bit funny actually, because I just asked a question through the customer service application on site (which required quite a lot of information) about a certain lamp for my refrigerator. I asked if the lamp for my specific type of refrigerator, which was available on the Swiss site, was available in Denmark as well. As a response I just got an invoice to pay for that specific lamp. It was just for 10 euros (75 dkk approx.) so decided to just pay it and hope for the best and that it would be sent to me. A few days later it was actually shipped and I got a notification from the courier service. All in all a bit unpersonal, but no nonsense deliver-what-I-need kind of service. I guess a lot of people would like to get some personal communication before paying that (however small) invoice. Not sure what I would have done if the purchasing price was higher, guys. I guess Bosch customer service works just like their appliances - automated - not negative in this case I actually find it quite refreshing haha. Thanks Bosch!
