Borrowell Tracking Order Status

Hard to talk to someone, email is slow and I never get the issue solved with just one. Need a phone number. Was tgiven 3 different reasons by 3 different people as to why my reminder emails stopped. I'm still waiting literally months later for them to tell me they have fixed the issue for me. Yes it works, I assume it's through their credit builder or rent advantage, but I am excellent with my money as well, and now I can report my rent on my Koho bank account and get 2.5% back for having it come out of my account there. I can also have my rental company report my rent as paid so I have more options now. And, I can phone either of them!

I had a minor issue with the site that was not anyone's fault and the team addressed me immediately after I told them the problem and made me aware they were dealing with it promptly. They then followed up afterwards to let me know the issue had been rectified....I could not have asked for anything more than that

I am a member of Borrowell, have found them reliable so took an offer to get a credit card through them, with a promise of a $50 Amazon gift card. That was 5 June. I did receive the gift certificate mid August.
