Born Tracking Order Status

I ordered a size eight and size eight and a half of a pair of Born Shoes, as which size fits best on me varies by brand and style. I put both pairs on briefly at home and decided that I did not like the style, regardless of size. After returning them and calling several times to inquire about a refund, they instead returned the shoes to me claiming that I had worn them outside and denying me a refund. I’m going to continue to try to get the refund due to me, but I don’t plan to take a risk by ordering from their website ever again. I never wear shoes outside unless I’ve decided to keep them, and I never wanted these once I looked at them in my home.I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
