Boop Beauty Tracking Order Status

As one of the reviewers below said, I received product that I don’t believe was genuine. I liked the idea of overstock being sold so chose to purchase from boop over my usual boots/ space NK. I purchased a drunk elephant product and ended up returning it due to a number of issues with the bottle itself and the fact the product smelled like hand cream (drunk elephant products never have a scent to them). Once I received the item and had reviewed it, I noticed 11 different abnormalities to a bottle I already owned. I emailed the company to say I would not put this product on my face and wished for a full refund, they were relatively responsive about the return. I did have to follow up a week after the product was returned to them for my refund but this was processed and completed same day when I followed up. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt after pointing out the defects of the bottle/ product that they may be unaware the specific product I purchased was likely fake - I of course can not attest to other products on their website but I personally would be wary and likely will stick to retailers I know are genuine.

Excellent company. Any problems are dealt with really quickly. My second purchase from Boop. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends. Excellent products.

The fantastic value this company offers is amazing. I’ve only recently discovered this company and my wife and my two daughters are over the moon at the products they’ve received so far. AND I must say the customer support is EXCELLENT. I can’t believe how quick they responded to a query I had and sorted my issue out in minutes- that is first class customer service that any company would be proud of. I’ll be a regular customer of BOOP, especially as the stock changes regularly and with Christmas just around the corner, I have plenty of ideas for stocking fillers. Great company to do buisness with and a great company ethos!

I stumbled across Boop Beauty flicking through TV channels and I was so impressed with the ethos behind the company and the enthusiasm of Yasmine and Maisie . I’ve just placed my fourth order and the products are fantastic ! Packed well , arrived quickly , of exceptional quality and free gifts ! The customer service is excellent, too . I’ve told all my friends about Boop Beauty and they love it as well .
