So excited to be ordering another Boomf extravaganza! I had to ask for help from the Boomf team as to how to operate it!!😂😂 but they were so fantastic and very accommodating - so, thank you to Will, such a patient and caring guy, this little Boomf delight is on its way to the USA!!

Service is good, the pop up card cube with confetti is terrible. Such a disappointment, anticlimactic as it just flops out with and kind of pours confetti lifelessly out of it. Nothing like the adverts at all!

Second time ordering. I was pleased with the result and the fast delivery the first time. I had some special requests this time and they were so helpful. The live chat service is amazing, perfect customer service, cannot recommend enough, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered the personalised marshmallows. First up, brilliant online support with some questions I had. Next up, very fast order processinga nd delivery within 48 hours using standard service. In fact the order was dispatched almost immediately. Last, but certainly not least, the quality is brilliant - photos were reproduced perfectly on the marshmallows, I wish I knew how they did it ! Overall, fantastic product and service, well done !!
