I deliberately chose books (in stock), with a 2-4 day delivery, but have not received them after 4 days and thus had to call (and wait on the phone) to find that they are moving all their stock to a new warehouse in Strathfield, thus most orders would be delayed. So I said that there should have been a NOTICE on the website home page to apologise for any likely delays (and thus not to lead we customers to expect a delivery in 2 to 4 days) !! As this was meant to be for a birthday gift, it is now going to be a week late!

Booktopia had the books I wanted, and delivered them promptly, well packed, for a good price. Just what the customer wants! Thank you 😊
