BAM! Tracking Order Status

I was checking for two books to buy, I google them and google books showed me this website Books-A-Million. I have to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars... it was a misunderstanding, so I called the customer service number and the representative explain to me that first they place a charge for the whole amount in your credit card, but then Books-A-Million when they send you the book charge you again for the book, later the first charge disappeared from my credit card account. At the end, they only charge you once. It was a good experience, just that they charge you extra for shipping and handling...

Everything went smoothly! Ordered 3 books i really wanted on sale, and they arrived in 3 days.

Went into the Coastal Grand Mall BAM today. Found a book I had been looking for called Foxfire. Was told a price by a staff member stocking at back of store. Price did not match at register. Questioned price and register personnel would not call for price override. Tried to sell me MEMBERSHIP CLUB as well. C Young.

Been to their store in Bradenton, FL. Helpful staff, good variety of books and magazines.
