We've used BLAB for a few years and all our services were set up by a former website designer. I needed to learn how to delete services and create new one, and add a product to be purchased. Though the BLAB YouTube videos I was able to do what I needed with little to no frustration in learning. Just to make sure I did things correctly and to nix any worry, I scheduled a "hire an expert" session. Very reasonabley priced and worth every penny to alleviate any worry I had regarding my set up.
