Booking Tracking Order Status

I wanted to give credit where credits due after reading vast negative reviews for this company. I recently used booking.com to organise a London overnight stay. Unfortunately, the original accommodation could not honour our booking at the very last minute. Booking.com advised that I could have the full refund for this and would also cover the difference of an alternative property which at the last minute was now more expensive. I was very nervous about doing this having read all of the trust pilot reviews, particularly as I had to front the costs with them promising to pay the difference after check out. But promises were kept and I have both the refund of the original property and the difference in cost for the second property. We also had the most amazing getaway. Thank you booking.com.

Wir buchen alle unsere Reisen über Booking und hatten noch nie Probleme. 3 Wochen Roadtrip USA mit vielen Buchungen schon zum 3 ten mal über Booking gebucht. Nie ein Problem gehabt. Lange Reise Norwegen, optimal. Flug von Swiss in die USA, kein Problem. 👍🏼

Booked directly with the hotel, then my sister In law suggested booking.com booked better rooms through booking .com and it was half the price!! Good communication 👏

We have used Booking .com for several years now find it to be a simple, straightforward platform for making a holiday reservation. Room options are clearly set out along with the terms and conditions of payment. I do like the option of providing benefits for frequent users.
