Placed a order for my hen party order was left on my door step and i could never find it. JAYNE Y was amazing and was able to re order it and even sent it next day delivery so it was here in time. She was very helpful and even congratulated me on my hen which is always nice when they make the chat that little more personal

The returns process is terrible. They received my item on the the 27th April and I still haven't had a refund processed. I don't understand why they are the only company that takes that long to process returns (28days) The sizing is hilarious, things that have been "my size" and I've barely been able to get a leg in it. Took me 3 attempts to buy a pair of jeans and i ended up having to size up 2 sizes? Gutted I paid for premium last year because its really gone down hill.

Ordered on next day delivery, item came early afternoon the following day. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t suitable, tried creating a return but the return portal page was down so Shaban resolved over text and sent a return label with no hassle. Excellent customer service

I have just spoken to Layla with regards to a problem I had with shorts not being exact as the image online, she reported it with the stock team to ensure the product is looked at. She refunded me with no issue and also included a £5 gift voucher for the inconvenience! I appreciated her help and assitance very much.
