Boody Tracking Order Status

I ordered 2 packs of 7 bamboo thongs on 31st May 2024 with next day delivery but my order has still not been fulfilled (5th Jun 2024). I have no communication as to why my order is taking longer than expected. This is really disappointing as I wanted these for my holiday but they have not arrived, They have a great variety of products but they just don't communicate and take longer to send orders. I am still excited to try their products but so far I don't like the way they are handling my order.

I ordered two pull on bra crop tops. The bra is very comfortable, but unlike in the photos, it squashes the breasts against the chest and creates a monoboob and there is very little support from below. I ordered the correct size for my bust -XL for a 40 c cup.

I have ordered most of the baby items from Boody and can honestly say nothing anywhere compares with it for softness and lightness, it is beautiful and ideal for my grandson who suffers with a skin problem. When I came to re-order in a bigger size I was disappointed the stock was’t available due to being updated. Customer service has been fantastic and continually kept me updated on stock availability and I am now able to choose a bigger size and different colour. Can’t wait to receive the items I previewed. Thank you Emily for your patience and understanding and all your help.

Mixed feelings: I have two Boody products, the long jumpsuit in black and the nightdress in grey. They are super light and comfortable, but both have bobbled very quickly, which I didn't expect given the price. As others have mentioned, returns are also both a big hassle and not free.

Pretty disappointing. Items were not good quality for the price, and don't look great either. Return process was frustrating as they make you pay their fee rather than sending it yourself and it's a print at home label with no other option.
