Bonobos Tracking Order Status

I can't speak to the customer service of this company, as I have not had any issues that necessitate reaching out; that said, I can speak to the quality and size offerings. My son is quite tall but not bulky, and my spouse is not so tall. Both of them fall on opposite spectrums that are just outside of norms and well outside of the pant sizes we can find in stores. Tailoring pants and shirt sleeve lengths is nearly always necessary for my spouse, which works, but it’s time-consuming and starts to get costly when you need most items overhauled. Finding off-the-rack options has been a constant struggle. We happened to find a pair of Bonobos at a thrift store, of all places, and quickly fell in love with the combination of size options and quality. The convenience is great, but the confidence regained from being able to wear clothes right off the rack is something we don't take for granted. We've purchased from Bonobos several times, and I expect we will again.

Customer service has better things to do than to help out the customer. The customer is wrong because they’ve been doin this for 10 years, so everything they do is right. How quickly can they get you off the phone while making you feel invalidated.

These shirts are high quality cloth with ironing necessary.

Sleeves are very long even with cuffs turned up. Light summer shirt
