Great range of clothes on website for all ages. Ordering is very easy and if not suitable or wrong size being able to return to store is great. On occasion when I have been returning an item I have seen something else instore and purchased.

Easy to find product on website. Size I wanted available. Simple form to understand and fill in.

I am inundated with promotional emails with offers and vouchers. Today I went online to order an item and although the site was user friendly with excellent filters, I couldn't apply the discount voucher. Neither the 15% nor the free delivery. My item was not in a sale and the vouchers are in date. so I've paid full price and now feel cheated. I would rather you didn't keep sending vouchers and filing my email inbox if they're not going to be valid ...it just serves to make me not want to use your shop anymore.
