Bond Touch Tracking Order Status

The Bond touch has been amazing, easily one of the best purchases so far. My long distance partner has issues with anxiety/panic attacks and dissociation, and it has helped them ground and stay safe even if I'm not there to help physically

Love the Bond heart, but have a little difficulty switching heartbeats. Used the ChatBot and it wasn't too helpful as I following the directions exactly. Would be nice to speak to a person.

J'ai bien reçu ma commande et rapidement. Dans la boîte , il y a le chargeur de fourni ainsi que le bracelet choisi et le BondTouch. J'ai fait 2 commandes séparées pour que mon conjoint et moi ayons nos colis en vue de la distance. J'ai acheté des bracelets en plus de couleurs , ils sont envoyés dans des colis annexes , je les ai reçu quelques jours après la réception de mon bondtouch. Leur matière colorée de base (genre rose , bleu) prend malheureusement une couleur plus grise au fur et à mesure du temps à cause des saletés de la vie quotidienne, peut-être faudra-t-il changer la matière utilisée. Il marche bien ; se déconnecte parfois il est vrai mais mon téléphone est vieux , je ne sais pas si cela joue. Il se reconnecte de suite lorsque je retourne sur l'application bondtouch. Le bracelet bondtouch de mon conjoint à eu un souci (batterie qui a gonflé ? Chauffé ?) Quoi qu'il en soit , j'ai contacté le service après vente et ils lui ont renvoyé un nouveau bondtouch de remplacement très rapidement : celui ci fonctionne bien. Ils sont efficaces et professionnels. For the most part, I love these bracelets and had a good experience with them. They're great to have for a quick check-in when you can't be on your phone and a good way to stay connected when in an LDR. I ordered a pair of Bond Touch bracelets on June 1st, 2022 for me and my partner. 9 months later, the rubber bracelet straps fell apart and I ordered a metal band replacement for them, which has worked fine and I like them better than the rubber straps. They're more classy, but can be a bit difficult to put on at first. With two years of use, the battery life has finally started going on both of our bracelets. It used to last easily a week without being charged, but now only lasts a day before it dies. My only complaint with the bracelet itself is that it becomes extremely difficult to charge sometimes. It can easily take 10 minutes and dozens of attempts to shove the charger into the right spot. I would've loved to be able to replace these bracelets with the Bond Touch More because the charging port seems much much much more convenient, but they were unfortunately phased out recently, so this may be the end of my run with this brand. Overall, I recommend this brand, especially to people who are more comfortable with frequent check-ins/struggle to do check-ins but can't because the work day doesn't permit it, among other reasons. Update: as of September, my bracelet is fully dead, which is a little disappointing as it's main functions are to vibrate and glow.
