I purchased item as a gift so cannot really comment on the product itself, although it looks and smells lovely. In addition the items were well packaged and received a speedy delivery via DPD. There was an issue with the item but this was responded to and resolved immediately. Great customer service. Would trust to recommend and use this company again.

I was disappointed to open my order and find out they’d substituted an item with something I really disliked. I was even more disappointed to find out that the only way to return it is at my own expense. Why they couldn’t call or email me or just refund the missing item I do not know. However, I have given 3 stars and will chance a future order because their Warm Espresso wax melts really are absolutely gorgeous.
